• GCash or PayMaya (Maya) account details used for deposits and withdrawals;

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by anti-money laundering regulations.
• Financial transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with AMLC requirements.
• Gaming history: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the relevant gaming session.
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn and for one (1) year thereafter as evidence of consent.

12. Children & Minors

The peso2u Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing online gambling. peso2u does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. 13. International Data Transfers

peso2u primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines.
