peso2u reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be immediately suspended, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

To access the full features of the peso2u Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested by peso2u for identity verification purposes.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) peso2u account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. peso2u employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. peso2u will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify peso2u immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
peso2u is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
peso2u accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). peso2u does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
Deposits are credited to your peso2u account upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. peso2u does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied; (c) withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible; (d) peso2u reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds as required by anti-money laundering regulations.
peso2u aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
Note: peso2u does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. All transactions are in Philippine Peso (₱) only.
peso2u offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are specified on each promotion page.
peso2u reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit, and to suspend or terminate any account, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements; colluding with other players to exploit promotions; or any other conduct that peso2u determines to be contrary to the spirit of its promotional offers.
All bonuses have an expiry date, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry dates are stated on each promotion page. It is your responsibility to use bonus funds before they expire.
All games available on the peso2u Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, peso2u's decision regarding the outcome of the affected game round shall be final.
peso2u uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all virtual games. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as administered by the live dealer. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system.
peso2u reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it determines that a technical error, system fault, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected wager amount will be returned to the player's account.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of peso2u. Any unauthorised use of peso2u's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, peso2u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if peso2u has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
peso2u's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your peso2u account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
peso2u does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the Platform at your own risk.
peso2u collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
peso2u is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Upon termination of your account for reasons other than your own breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to peso2u. Where termination results from a breach of these Terms, peso2u reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account.
You may close your account at any time by contacting peso2u customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to closure.
peso2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, peso2u will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and peso2u, you should first contact peso2u customer support to seek an informal resolution. peso2u will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts and, where applicable, the dispute resolution procedures of PAGCOR.
Nothing in this clause shall limit peso2u's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
